When you want more horsepower from your Accord you have choices of  various products made by different manufacturers. For more power you want to increase the air flow into and out of your engine. One sure way is with a DCSports ceramic header system.

Your standard exhaust manifold restricts the exhaust gases and robs you of horsepower. A ceramic header system is one way of regaining some of that lost power. Typical ceramic sports headers will give you 8-12 HP increases if you are running on the street and even more if you purchasing a header system for off road use.

DCSports offers different types of headers for Honda Accords. Depending upon the year and model of your Accord you may be able to choose specific headers details.

First the tubes are made from mild steel with a Ceramic coating.

Then there are two main design approaches on how the pipes flow to the exhaust system.

4-1 are four tubes flowing into one pipe ceramic headers. This design is based on racing technology and emphasizes top-end power which is required for racing applications.

4-2-1 are four tubes flowing into two pipes and then into one leading to the rest of the exhaust system ceramic headers. This design provides low to mid-range power for street and strip use.

Last is either a one piece or a two piece design for ceramic headers. The one piece ceramic headers are lighter and takes a little longer to install. The two-piece ceramic headers are for an easier installation.

Ceramic headers offer more corrosion protection than steel headers, which lead to a longer life. Ceramic headers also create a thermal barrier and help keep heat within the headers. The hotter the exhaust gas, the faster it flows and the less back pressure which robs you of horsepower. Ceramic coatings also reduce the surface temperature, and keep your engine compartment cooler. Since ceramic headers retain more heat, there is less hot air drawn into the engine. Cooler air mean more power.

Any cancellations and returns are subject of up to 30% restocking fee. We offer only exchanges in the event of defective items. Defective items may be returned for replacement subject to the above BOLD lettering within 14 days and the following restrictions:

All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.

Most lighting, body and performance products require professional installation to function properly. This can avoid any problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Installation of items, done improperly, cannot be returned. Additionally, returning an item because one doesn't know how to personally install it themselves will result in restocking fees and loss of shipping/handling fees. The allowance of a return assumes the item is/was not installed, used, or broken.

Clearance Items: These are products that have discounted due to discontinuation, overstock, or limited promotion. These items are not eligible for refund. Customer may receive store credit if no exchange is available. Customer is responsible for returning products freight pre-paid and must cover return cost of the exchange.

Exchanges: You must return the item(s) to Accordtopia.com first before replacement part(s) will be sent.

Tips: do not throw away your original part(s)!

Products cannot be installed or otherwise show signs of wear. No refunds or exchange on any part that has been modified or painted.

Please read the labels on the boxes when you receive the product. Returning a product that you later found to be the wrong one shipped after you tried installing it is not grounds for a return. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can rectify the situation.

No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electronic products, and body kits.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns must be returned through a traceable method and insured. If we cannot verify receipt of the product to us, we can't process the return.

Returns are shipped via a ground method at our discretion unless the customer pays for the difference for expedited shipping. Prior expedited shipping on the original order has no bearing on the second return method of shipping.

Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a handling fee of $10 and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction costs, and insurance) are not refundable. If you want your item back, you'll need to pay all shipping and handling costs back to you. No exception.

If we cannot get you a suitable replacement within 3 weeks, we will refund your money less shipping costs.

Any products returned to us that our not our own is an act of malice and fraud. Some items (and eventually all) contain hidden security identifiers which must be intact when we receive the product. We will not replace or return the product if it is being passed off as one of our own or does not contain the marking. We will report such actions the postal service (for mail fraud), and any applicable local law enforcement. The item sent to us will be disposed of without further recompense.

All products returned to Accordtopia.com must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by accordtopia.com. The RMA is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Please use the contact us form located in the contact us section or email us to request an RMA number and return instructions.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE for most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please contact us by email:exoticmotorsports@sbcglobal.net Further specific instructions will be given within 2-4 business days. Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns (or additional fees/delays may occur). No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.

* SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERIES For certain product lines, Accordtopia.com requires signature on delivery to minimize potential delivery fraud. If the receiving party waves the signature required for order delivery, accordtopia.com takes no financial responsibility for the "lost package liability".

Shortages

* In rare case backorder could occur. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made your payment. You will be advised via e-mail of any item that is on backorder.

Please inspect your delivery immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. Backordered items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an item is missing, please notify the shipper and accordtopia.com immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Shipping companies require immediate notification for inspection.

Shipping Damages

Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Please note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If damages are found, please notify shipping company and accordtopia.com immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.
